Well Ive figured out it now takes 6 weeks to build from 2.5 minutes on the exercise bike at level 1 doing 20 minutes and 8 sets to level 3 and 1 set doing the same amount of time to start and build back my lung capacity. Still in pain, my arm aches, my leg aches, my shoulder aches.

We have Chinese war ships circling the coast. Not that I’m concerned or saying we should go to war. It would be a waste of time against a super power armed with nuclear weapons. How many EMP’s would it take to knock out the country with out a shot ever being fired. What I find amusing is the EU and Britain politicians are pushing for war. Not to save lives however but to make money for the elites. However at the same time they try to disarm the populace while also saying we should join the military and be armed with even larger and more deadly weapons. If the military in Canada, the UK and Australia suddenly surged in membership, I wonder how many of those firearms would be turned on their overlords.

Deliberate Managed Decline when the effort required to fix something becomes greater than the political will to repair it. Managed decline is the easy way out to stop trying to save it and just control the collapse. To make sure people don’t push back they use of cultural engineering to keep the population docile while their standards of living evaporate.
Firstly they strip away national pride and replace it with guilt by rebranding mass immigration as nation building or discrimination and celebrating diversity.
They create thought crimes agencies such as Prevent in UK and the E-Saftey commissioner in Australia to prevent push-back and organizing online.
The more fractured, overworked, indebted and divided a population becomes the less likely they are to push back.
Elections only shuffle the chairs and swap the faces while one side blames the other.
