The beginning of social control in exchange for security. The security problem created by governments in the first place.
My theory will be if an EMP occurs it wont be the so called enemy’s that are the cause of it but our own governments setting off an EMP to gain control back.

I know many disabled people. they no longer open the doors to police doing so called safety checks.

Recommendations were made by IBAC when chairman dan was in charge of Victoria and none of the recommendations were ever implemented and I believe they still haven’t. Probably one of the main reasons why dan Andrews was never charged for running down a cyclist.
