RE NDIS

NDIS number ^&*&^%$##

Dear Amanda

I am writing to you in disgust to find out exactly what information is required on my NDIS application. I was contacted on Friday the 21st or March notifying me that I did not meet the criteria for assistance. That is after 6 years of filling out bloody paperwork.

Injury list highlights

L4 to S1 back injury 2 operations

2003 first bilateral lung transplant

2014 second bilateral lung transplant

throat cancer

shoulder cancer

severed quad tendon

sternum broken 3 times

scar tissue right groin 90 litre blood transfusion

left shoulder severe arthritis which will require a new joint

tore the tendon off my right bicep a few months ago

60 % lung capacity

28 % nerve damage left leg

Dyslexic

Diabetic

2001 L4 to S1 back injury 2 operations – not even going into that and the amount of pain. 10 panadiene forte a day and a 6 pack of beer a day to function for years.

2003 first bilateral lung transplant – 38 days in ICU 60 kilo from 85 kilo. the nerves to the lungs didn’t kick in straight away I had to try and walk with a respirator in the neck trying to get them to work. I barely made it to the door from the ward bed the first day. The transplant lasted two years and I had broncalits obliterans, went down to 25% lung capacity spent 9 years on an oxygen hose until they said I was going into respiratory failure and had a year to live. I lasted 15 months and the night I went into hospital for the last time I was called for the second set.

2014 second bilateral lung transplant – 58 days in ICU 50 kilo couldn’t get out of bed, it took four people to lift me into a chair and I couldn’t even hold my head upright from loss of muscle mass. dragged my arse around in a gutter frame trying to get my legs to work . was in hospital for four months. started back in martial arts 6 months later. the scar tissue in my right side put me on endone for 2 years. I was coming home from training and taking an endone and chugging two beers to stop the pain.

throat cancer, shoulder cancer – cut it out no chemo. had to dig out a piece the size of my thumb out of my shoulder twice.

severed quad tendon 6 months in a leg brace another 3 months trying to bend the leg.looking at a 3 year recovery or more ?

scar tissue right groin 90 litre blood transfusion 2 year recovery. the aorta was too short when attaching the lungs. 90 litres should have killed me. the scar tissue swelled up like a big German sausage. they cut it out and I had to wear a vacuum drain till it healed. . they gave up knocking me out for the removal of the foam from the wound and would give me two endone as the foam goes solid over a week. As nurses do they leave the call bell just out of reach and i had to help the doctor pull out the foam.the hole was large enough to put my fist in. as mentioned two years dragging my leg around, skulling beer and endone at the end of the day.

tore the tendon off my right bicep a few months ago. The whole arm swelled up to three times its size and they thought I had compartmental syndrome. which requires cutting 6 inch cuts into the muscle to relieve the pressure. just missed out on that. 100mg of fentanyl and two endone to relieve the pain. didnt even feel it. takes 200mg to knock me out for a broncosopy. Ill be pulling the hose out of my throat at 150mg.

So Four years in a wheel chair and 12 years of my life on an oxygen hose. Had to walk the dogs from a mobility scooter and too many times to count how many times in gutter frames. The nurses had to steal them in the finish to stop me from dragging myself from the ward bed to try and exercise to try and get the legs or the lungs to work. I kept wearing myself out. I became hooked on latte’s from trying to make my goal to walk from the ward to the hospital cafe every day. It didn’t matter how long it took me and an hour to recover sitting there outside the ward as long as I did it.

Im on a mixture of tramadol, endone, lyrica, panadiene forte. I try to stick to panadol osti unless I have a flare up and no longer touch alcohol.

As of 2005

My weight has now dropped to 60 kilo. I normally sit at 75 to 79 kilo, I was a low as 57 kilo, I have torn the tendon off right bicep limiting the amount I can lift and had close to 20 hospital admissions within the last year. The doctors were saying i had a possible heart condition due to the fluid building up in my lungs this has now been explained as one of my medications causing the problems after asking for CONSULT WITH CARDIAC AND KIDNEY SPECIALISTS FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS . I have also had multiple lung infections and diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure.

I require help on a daily basis I have to drive to ^^&& ((&^$ to have a mate help change the bed as I cant lift mattress due to left shoulder arthritis and back. Creating pain.

Its the first time Ive managed to do the dishes since my second to last hospital admission due to being too tired relating to lung capacity. Ive been Living off paper plates.

I Haven’t done house work in two months due to back and lung capacity. I can manage 2.5 minutes on the excersise bike and have to take a two minute break when first exiting the hospital I can now manage 5 minutes at a time to build up to a 20 minute regime.

Transport from hospital, I have to be transferred from the local hospital since only the %^& will accept me being a transplant patient this is located an hour from my living arrangements and have to rely on friends if they are not working to pick me up as I have no other way of getting home.

I have to park 500 meters from the hospital and try walking up a gradient to make appointments and have to stop and catch my breath all the time and hobble with tendon repair.

I am trying to find a house through housing &***, towards home and junction Australia closer to the hospital to be more independent within a $30 uber fare reducing my chances of getting a house

I require support to attend appointments at hospital due to driving and parking conditions.

Doing shopping at a supermarket my leg gives out part way through pushing a trolley leaving me on pain killers the remainder of the day, if i push any further my back seizes up.

Haven’t been able to work out at gym for several months to do rehab on my leg or shoulders and back due to reduced lung capacity from extensive hospital stays. Takes me several months of trying to ride the bike at the gym. 2.5 minutes at a time to try and build up my capacity to where I can do 15 minutes straight. Otherwise I do weight work and end up back in hospital with exhaustion.

I cannot lift above shoulder height without incurring sever pain

Bending over to lift or do gardening , half my diaphragm doesn’t work resulting in me loosing my breath and having panic attacks.

Pain killer Management I am currently on lyrica and panadiene osti for back and leg pain with endone and tramadol when major flare ups occur.

If I sit for too long my left leg becomes numb.

During extended periods or duress my oxygen level drops to 90% resulting in panic attacks and I cant breath.

Any extended sitting results in my back aching. I can not do house work due to dust inflaming my lungs or inflaming back and leg pain. I cannot kneel at all steeping off a curb with out bracing my leg will result in the leg collapsing under me.

I can not even lift my mattress to change the sheets due to the arthritis in my left shoulder and the torn tendon in my right arm.

After trying to rehab my lungs and leg at the gym I have trouble in the shower with panic attacks due to the lung capacity. Any sort of excersise drops my oxygen level and i cant breath.

I have to piss sitting down or it runs down my leg.

On a bad day I have trouble walking into a deli to purchase a pie without running out of breath.

It takes me six weeks to build my lung capacity back up after one week in hospital. For the past four years I have had to do all my own rehabilitation and have no help from any government agency, having to rely on friends most of the time.

Pain wise I have pain in my lower back, pain in my left knee, pain in my left shoulder, pain in my right shoulder. This is generally constant unless taking pills or drinking beer, usually combining them which means i cant concentrate. So I prefer not to take anything until I need a break.

So HOW DO I NOT FIT THE CRITERIA ? thank you

Regards %^^&& &&^%% AKA FUKUVERYMUCH

Blog Update 19

Well Ive figured out it now takes 6 weeks to build from 2.5 minutes on the exercise bike at level 1 doing 20 minutes and 8 sets to level 3 and 1 set doing the same amount of time to start and build back my lung capacity. Still in pain, my arm aches, my leg aches, my shoulder aches.
If you have never read my updates or followed the blog, I have had significant injuries and surgeries over the years and today after six years of paperwork I have officially been turned down by the NDIS. It appears I’m not disabled enough to meet their criteria.
L4 to S1 with facet joint wear
two bilateral transplants
throat cancer
shoulder cancer
severed quad tendon
ruptured bicep tendon
require a new left shoulder joint
BLAH BLAH BLAH on the list goes.
This is the support you’ll get from the Federal government when your on Disability BUTT FUK NOTHING as I polish off my third beer of what ever the hell the name is. I believe its Mexican.

I’m pissed off but atleast I feel useful and with all my injuries I still try do more in a day than most healthy people. I just limp around more and take more pain killers than most crackheads. It would be nice If I could get high from them but they wont even do that. I have a weird metabolism.

We Can F#K Them Up

Start pushing back ! If your unhappy with freedom of speech laws, gun laws, healthcare then this is the way.

Ive stood by watching protests and legal actions along with election results all amounting to well BUTT FUK NOTHING. However we can fuk them up in other ways.
Many politicians own investment properties some as many as 5 houses. Im truely amazed at how many have family trusts. That’s how you tell the really dirty ones.
What if we as a mass of people boycotted all their investments. A house is worth nothing if it cant be rented or sold.
Tickets given to a sporting event for free what happens if they are the only ones in the stadium. mass walk outs.

Firearms Hypocrisy Laws In OZ

We have Chinese war ships circling the coast. Not that I’m concerned or saying we should go to war. It would be a waste of time against a super power armed with nuclear weapons. How many EMP’s would it take to knock out the country with out a shot ever being fired. What I find amusing is the EU and Britain politicians are pushing for war. Not to save lives however but to make money for the elites. However at the same time they try to disarm the populace while also saying we should join the military and be armed with even larger and more deadly weapons. If the military in Canada, the UK and Australia suddenly surged in membership, I wonder how many of those firearms would be turned on their overlords.

How Do 3 Nations Manage the Same Collapse

Deliberate Managed Decline when the effort required to fix something becomes greater than the political will to repair it. Managed decline is the easy way out to stop trying to save it and just control the collapse. To rot from within and now were too far gone to slow down the collapse that its now happening on a national scale. Industries die, debts climb.

The public service, housing, infrastructure, NHS left behind while we sell citizenship to boost the GDP. They have made the decision not to save you.

The Australian government shaped the economy around tax breaks such as negative gearing capital gains discounts designed to pump up the housing market. Mass immigration policies were sold as economic boosters but actually used to prop housing demand

The government requires fresh bodies to fill the tax fall even though infrastructure buckles under the weight of the strain it places on housing healthcare and wages. It locks in a system where the elite get rich out of the decay.

One in three politicians are landlords, the worse things get for us the better they get for them. The bureaucratic machine grows wealthy, there is a whole industry built on decline, think tanks, diversity councils, migration agencies as government services fall apart they expand.

To make sure people don’t push back they use of cultural engineering to keep the population docile while their standards of living evaporate.

Firstly they strip away national pride and replace it with guilt by rebranding mass immigration as nation building or discrimination and celebrating diversity.

They create thought crimes agencies such as Prevent in UK and the E-Saftey commissioner in Australia to prevent push-back and organizing online.

The more fractured, overworked, indebted and divided a population becomes the less likely they are to push back.

Elections only shuffle the chairs and swap the faces while one side blames the other.

The system is broken how long do we kept going pretending it isn’t.

Coordinated Attack By The Government

Are the current laws being implemented without consultation and being rushed through parliment, a coordinated attack on the Australian people by our own government.

WA Firearm laws

Hate Crime laws

Housing Prices

Big Pharma

Food Prices and record profits by distributors.

High Crime Rates

Freedom Of Speech

Machete Bans

Are these a coordinated effort by the Uni-party as a controlled decline of Australia.
