Ive been waiting for the new Reiff knives F6’s to come into the country in Magnacut. I have one on hold till next fortnight when I can do a payment. I couldn’t make up my mind between the 3V and Magnacut, however the Magnacut came in at a good price and supplied with a leather sheath.

Its taken a month of bike work at the gym to build my lung capacity back up to 60%. Still a long way to go. Four months ago I was outlasting 25 year olds at the gym. Now I can barely walk out of there and am sleeping part way through the day. In the last week Ive started back doing weights. Ive lost so much conditioning that I’m only doing one set at minimal weight. For example 1 kilo shoulder press. The torn tendon in the right bicep aches, the left shoulder aches and the left knee aches. I knew the knee would play up without doing leg press and extensions for two months but I’m right back to starting again with the rehab to get the knee to work at a reasonable level. Not the first time Ive had to start from scratch, but I don’t like being back on the heavy pain killers.
Would this make a good alternative to a Larks Head with less chance of slipping ?

I’m trying to concentrate more on photography with my leg playing up. It gets me moving more, trying to capture the perfect moment.
A great tip to get rid of bugs and mosquitos out of dried cattails.

My long wheel base sprinter only had one rear spring. With the larger 4WD tyres on it kept bottoming out when hitting potholes. I had an extra spring added which gave it a lift of 30mm. handles much better and no longer rubs on the tyres when on rough roads.

Having hot chips on the beach and the Magpies decided to visit.
With whats going on in the world I thought a little fun was in order. This is the funniest thing Ive seen in a long time.
Managed to stay out of hospital for three weeks. Have spent everyday at the gym, on the bike trying to build up my lung function. I find out tomorrow if it was to any avail. Now down to 56% after scar tissue building up after numerous infections. The knee is paying for two months without gym work. Down to short walks and back to taking heavy pain killers. Trying to get back to a routine of walking every day too but its more every three days.

I had to travel out to the other side of the city to have a 30mm lift on the rear suspension and camp there overnight. I found this great little wet lands to explore and waste the day while I was waiting. I don’t know what hurt more the bad knee or the right hip from taking up all the work from the bad leg. Rehab is going to take longer than anticipated.
This shows the state of this country in both a positive and negative ways. I have had 20 hospital admissions since January and still no government support from local, NDIS, or charities. I called 20 charities when I managed to be released from hospital and they loved putting me on their books to get funding but supplied absolutely nothing in terms of help. The majority of help I have received has been from fellow homeless. From helping me to cook, to picking me up from admissions to moving my vehicle to friends houses for storage. I have come to feel nothing but contempt for most agencies that have been set up to, as far as I can tell to launder money in one way or another. I have met many people that are trying to help. However I have met even more that are actively being the problem, insisting on how much paperwork they can insert into orifices instead of using common sense.. These people are not only a hindrance to their jobs but also to humanity. Do they go home and say. (They didn’t contribute to society today but managed to move on homeless people in a tent that had no where else to go, but they got half a chubby from standing over others and threatening police intervention and fines to those that can barely afford food and fuel.) This is Australia! On a good note Albanazi gave 600 million to an overseas rugby team. Personally I will never watch another rugby game as long as I live. I hope Albanazi enjoys the nine inch dildo I posted to him.
