its quite clear that the police do not function.If they even bother to arrest anyone , they are then released on bail after multiple arrests. Either have decent laws and functioning police or allow people to defend themselves with firearms. The crime rate will drop over night.however that means the police will loose their funding.3 strikes and your out. 5 years minimal prison after 3 arrests and immediate deportation to people that are not residents along with their families. Also make the judges accountable more than any other change. How about starting legal action against the government and police for incompetence and negligent manslaughter..
