Well Ive figured out it now takes 6 weeks to build from 2.5 minutes on the exercise bike at level 1 doing 20 minutes and 8 sets to level 3 and 1 set doing the same amount of time to start and build back my lung capacity. Still in pain, my arm aches, my leg aches, my shoulder aches.
If you have never read my updates or followed the blog, I have had significant injuries and surgeries over the years and today after six years of paperwork I have officially been turned down by the NDIS. It appears I’m not disabled enough to meet their criteria.
L4 to S1 with facet joint wear
two bilateral transplants
throat cancer
shoulder cancer
severed quad tendon
ruptured bicep tendon
require a new left shoulder joint
BLAH BLAH BLAH on the list goes.
This is the support you’ll get from the Federal government when your on Disability BUTT FUK NOTHING as I polish off my third beer of what ever the hell the name is. I believe its Mexican.

I’m pissed off but atleast I feel useful and with all my injuries I still try do more in a day than most healthy people. I just limp around more and take more pain killers than most crackheads.It would be nice If I could get high from them but they wont even do that. I have a weird metabolism.
