“I am a 100% law abiding person who at two points in my varied career was seriously considering joining the police. I had a lot of time for them and certainly respected the job they do. About 6 months ago they came to seize my firearm. Long story short, I have a teenage son who has autism (registered disability) and lives with me. This apparently means that I am not a fit an problem person to have a firearm. There were no security concerns and the police acknowledged this. I had to take them to SAT to get my licence back, with significant cost, time and stress implications. And to top it off the police blatantly broke the law when doing the seizure and more or less said ‘so what’. I now absolutely hate them and have contempt for them, the Chief Commissioner and the Government. Which when you consider my background (military) is really quite an impressive piece of work for absolutely no discernable reason or public safety benefit.”

“There’s no revenue to be made or collected in investigating those crimes in comparison to serving traffic infringements!!!”

“Police can’t raise revenue from burglaries, the police have become a business arm of the government. No money in investigations. I owned a bar cafe and hardly saw the police out and about but during Covid every single week at least 2 or more times, why did they come to see if we were complying and threatened us with fines. We realised then this country was taken and got out of business as soon as we could.”

“I know a farmer who had thousands of litres of fuel stolen over a period of 6months.He actually caught them in the act and they did a runner.The mistake he made was shoot at the ute where the bullet went through the body of ute and struck one of the theives who ended up a paraplegic.He then went to jail for that and the theives sued him and he lost his 600 hectare farm to pay these scum out.The moral of the story as he had contacted police many times but was told its only fuel but he lost thousands of dollats his farm”

“Driving in inner Sydney on the Hume Hwy and there was a guy driving all over the road ahead of me, he pulled up and as I drove past him, he was nodding (on heroin) he took off behind me and speed past me. I called Burwood Police Station and said quick this guy is going to kill someone or himself. The officer said to me to call “crime stoppers” I said to him are you F*CKING joking! He just didn’t care. So they are only interested in after the event. No respect for them.”

Ill put my own story up here. I called the police about a crackhead stealing a car. they had stolen it from their drug dealer then dumped it at a tent city in the bush, taken the plates off and couldnt figure out how to strip it for parts. I called the pigs and the response was . “What has this person done to you for me to call them” and how i knew it was a stolen car. They turned up 8 hours later. let the car thief drive out past them in another vehicle and proceeded to arrest the wrong parson.
