Sometimes it looks like dragging yourself out of bed. Sometimes it looks like silence, exhaustion, embarrassment, and still choosing to move. This is an honest conversation about what it means to keep going when life gets heavy, when you feel empty, and when the only thing holding you together is obedience to God.
